Theresa Truong Baretta

Theresa saw firsthand how the big corporations were able to leverage systems to experience massive growth, and founded Loop Link to bring that deeper impact to those who would feel it most — CEOs! Through her 17+ years experience, Theresa launched Loop Link with a focus on local community, originally serving clients in construction, the trades, and contractors.
She wanted the flexibility to spend time with her family, and the freedom to serve in her passion: creating, designing and refining systems for other types of companies. After her second child, she transitioned to an online-based business, serving agency owners and CEOs — never disconnecting from her core values of community and purpose.
Lucyna Ly
Loop Professional
Lucyna graduated university with a Bachelor of Nursing, but after a shift in ambitions, decided to pursue her passion for creative and entrepreneurial aspirations. She joined Loop Link in August of 2019 as a Loop Professional, a decision based partly on family values — Lucyna is Theresa’s younger sister.
When she’s not serving as Theresa’s right-hand, you can find Lucyna capturing both life-changing and beautifully simple moments through photography. She loves to spend time outdoors exploring the mountains, laughing with family and friends, listening to a favorite song with a warm cup of coffee, and most of all — traveling the world with her husband.
Rebecca Nguyen
Loop Professional
Rebecca brings years of professional experience to Loop Link in both the architecture and administrative fields. Since joining Loop Link in June of 2019 as a Loop Professional, Rebecca’s dedication, initiative, and enthusiasm has brought a unique perspective and vibrancy to the team.
When she isn't glued to the computer, she enjoys traveling and loves to experience a new place for the first time. Rebecca’s inner child shines bright, she absolutely loves watching all Disney films, both new and classic.
